Not getting NOC from ICICI LOMBARD GENERAL INSURACNE

Dear Sir/Madam,

I got the general Insurance agent license from ICICI LOMBARD GENERAL INSURACNE in 2008 from Gurgaon Branch Haryana. April my license expired I do not want to continue and requested the company to give cancel NOC. This requested I did last three Months back through online with agentsupport@icicilombard mail id and I got the information that very soon you will get the required document but after writing again and again till date I did not get the NOC and now they are not responding.

Therefore I would like to request you please help me to get cancel NOC from mentioned insurance company.
