I ve delievered my courrier to Mr Kalpesh Maheshwari at below mentioned address on 15/09 via POD no 203451172, this has delievered on 22/09.I had to suffer due to this delay, may I know what was the reason behind this blunder mistake. Your TAT for this delievery is 48 hrs but could not deliever the same in time.
