I HAVE 2 NOS OF ICICI CREDIT CARD NO.IS :-

ICICI LOMBARD General Insurance Co. without my confirmations issued the 3 (Three) LOMBARD Policy one policy issued in card No. 4477474123864004 premium Rs.485/- & 2 (Two) Poilcy issued my second Credit No. 4477474133740004 Premium Rs.385/- & 317/-, But till date I have not any received any calls, lombard policy document or any correspondence letter from ICICI Lombard.

Every month debited The Premium ICICI LOMBARD in my ICICI credit Card No.4477474123864004 Rs.485/- & 4477474133740004 Rs.385 & 317/-

I am talk to lot of time customer care executive, why are you debited the premium amount & I requested the kindly credit in my account.

Lot of time I visit the (noida & Kashumbi) Branch & requested customer care executive

Kindly cancel and credit the debited amount.
