Not Recevied my password

Dear Sir,

I had requested a password reset on my ICICI card (way bill no. 317085904 as per ICICI Bank) which was due to be recevied in Oct 08. I haven't recevied any courier as of date. Kindly deliver the courier on or after 5th Jan 09 as I am out of station at present. My mobile no. is 9886408413. Let me know if courier has been misplaced so that I can request for another password.
