About 5-6 days back on elbee representative asked me whether I was at home to which I replied that I had already left for the day.
He asked me whether I would be there at 6 p.m. and I replied that may be slightly late. Then he said that next day I would be there at 12 noon to which I again said that even my would would not be available but she would be there around 5 - 6 p.m.
Your person has not left any "Missed You" "Sorry missed you" etc which normally is done.
He has returned the card without visiting my place even once. He deserved to be sacked for not doing his duty honestly. I recommend very strong action so that your service levels improve.
