Cancellation of policy

I tried to cancel my policy everytime I got a call from ICICI pru, but all in vain.

I have 2 policy whose details are as below:-

Crisis Cover

Hospital Care

policy no.- 08343160

Can you please the do the needful so that cash is returned to me soon?
