I, Sanjeev Kumar, resident of Prahladpur, New Delhi-44, surrendered my Policy (Number-01238112). I surrendered all the relevant documents with the branch - ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co. Ltd, 6 local shopping complex, community centre, Pushp Vihar, New Delhi - 62, on 19th January and was asked to wait for six to ten days, during which the amount of policy was to be transferred. The account details had already been shared with the branch.
Later even after twenty days the amount for the same has not been credited into my bank account. Upon enquiring the ICICI Pru. Branch in question, I was told the policy had been continued on my request, the mobile number they claimed to have called up for my confirmation was 9872799818. I actually did not receive any call from the ICICI Pru. as my number is 9810964759.
I will move to the consumer court if the relevant action by the ICICI Prudential is not taken up soon.
