Dear Sir/madam,
My self Nikhil, and i am an ICICI customer from last 6 years. I have got an ICICI bank account, a long term pension plan of Rs:12, 000/A (Premium paid for more than 3 years) and an ICICI Credit card. I am very much happy about the ICICI services and facilities through out all these ears of relationship and i always prefer to deal with ICICI for any kind of Bank related works.
Recently one of the ICICI prudential agent met with me and i took one more long term policy for Rs:30, 000/A . For this second policy the agent committed that he will make transfer from my ICICI credit card and will offer EMI facility without any extra charge. But the convertion to EMI was done by me and it is been charged to me. The agent then agreed his mistake and promised me that he will pay me the charges. After all these the person who approached me is not responding and also the branch manager.
If this is the response towards an ICICI old customer then what would be the response towards the new ICICI customers? I have got some information about the person approached me, brach manger and the branch. Please make use of all these information and let me know what should i do.
