ICICI prudential life insurance
Non receipt of commission for the Financial year 2009

Sir,

I Mohit Gupta, was the advisor of ICICI Prudential from 24.09.2006 to 31.03.2009. That the ICICI Prudential give the commission of rs. 11, 103/- for the financial year 2009 and deducted the amount of Rs. 1, 144/-. But after reconcile with my bank statement at the year end i found that Rs. 886/- was not credit in my account. I send a complaint in this regards to ICICI Prudentail on 29.07.2009.

But till now I don't get any response from ICICI Prudential.

Kindly help me in this. I also attached the TDS certificate for the Refernce.
