I have been paying Rs.1000/- per month from the year 2006 onwards towards this policy. In the benefits column, you have assured a sum of Rs.1, 00, 000/- towards accidents n disability. I have fractured my leg and have a permanent plate fixed on my right heel bone and the expenses for the surgery have exceeded Rs.50, 000/-. You say that you will be there at every step of our lives but to my dismay, ICICI refuses to admit any claim saying its a life time pension. I am so disappointed and it is not at all fair and what is the point in paying for insurance when it doesn't help when I am in need? This has to be taken to the notice of the CEO, MRS.CHANDA D KOCHHAR . If you can really help me, I can submit all my medical reports.
