ICICI Tax savingBond
Non receipt of redemption amount

Dear sir,

I have not yet received my redemption amount for ICICI Tax saving bond. My Distinctive Nos are 636473-636474. Bond Holder No-04324-059 Date of allotment is 26/02/03.

It is requested to kindly take necessary action so that the same can be realised from this end at the earliest. My present address has now been changed. Any communication in this regard should be done at the address as mentioned.
