I received a call frm icici about my policy and offering new policy scheme based on my existing scheme, i told that lady that i have already invested in a three year scheme paid around 1, 00500 and today my fund value is 60000 something i have lost my faith in the market and i did not want any policy and because of her pressuring way of talking i was already irritated, in the 1st 30 secs i told her i was not interested still she went on asking me questions about my polciy and when i raised my voice she shouted at me in a manner not acceptable and hung up actually smashed the phone, when i tried to call the number back she kept on disconnecting the call.
