This is Anand Sharma and I have passed my 10th from HOERNER College Luchnow (L-66, Kanpur Road, Mandi Road, Mahanagar Colony, Lucknow, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226006) in year 1993. Due to some mistake my Date of Birth was written wrongly in the marksheet. My actual date of birth is 10th October, 1978 but it was wrongly recorded as 10th October, 1976.
I tried a lot for getting it rectified at that time itself but there was no result. I was aksed to submit an affidavit with the correct date also and i did the same but nothing happened.
Request you to please check and help me in getting this rectified. Also do let me know if there would be any charges/fees for the same. This needs to be corrected as soon as possible.
