Improper and highly inefficient teachers

Dear sir

i have a complaint against a school in pune by the name KLINE MEMORIAL SCHOOL OF UBS., which is situated in Bibewadi., Ramyanagari pune., which follow the ICSE PATTERN.

i have kids studing in the above mentioned school in 7std. ICSE being a very reputed board we had opted to the school from a State Board School.

During the time of admissions we were promised a lot of things like personal attention to the students, highly efficient teaching staff etc.,

For availing the so called efficient staff no discount was given towards Donations and the fees charged till date is that of established school.

It is 4 years still the school does not have proper teachers., The teachers are highly inefficient., who themselves are not sure of the concept they teach.

The maths teacher of class V does not know the basic sums on reciprocal, the LCM sums which she is supposed to teach to the tiny tots.

She does not know how to convert metres to kilometres., etc. Majority of the sum she has done is incorrect. Many topics are left undone and only the easy sums are done in the chapter

This was time and again brought to the notice of the head mistress. but in vain.

The English teacher who teaches language and literature to the students of V std does not know the difference between Active and Passive voice., Many times does not know the spelling of easy words like GIANT and ends up writing GAINT and later corrects it when some student point out the wrong spelling.

This was again brought to the notice of the HM.

We parents are literally having a very difficult and sleepless nights as the board exams are fast approaching. We have repeatedly brought the matter to the HM notice but looks like she is taking the matter very lightly . she pays no heed.

Our main aim is just not passing our children with 35%., But we would like to see the refined product of ICSE which is worth watching. My argument is that when we have paid a discount less donation and are paying the monthly fees of an icse school WHY IS THAT OUR CHILDREN DEPRIVED OF GOOD TEACHERS.

I request you to kindly pay a surprise visit to the school and if need arises talk to the parents and warn the school to employ only icse seasoned teachers for our students.

Please do not let the matter go lightly as we have entrusted a lot of hope on u.
