Non receipt of user id and password

Sir,

I am having a SB acct in IDBI Jammu Branch and my acct No 147104000005210 and applied for internet banking since last one year. In addition am completed the formalities and sent your HO. On enquiry about the same no satisfactory reply recived. Request send the same if not take action against my application at the earleist please. It will be urgently required for banking purpose.
