The customercare deptt. does not bother to reply and ressolve the complaints made on emails rather they keep mum and do not acknowledge the same. Even the branch office Lucknow people to whome the complaints are concerned do not take any pain. I do not know why the company is giving them huge salaries while they sit idol in their offices.
