I have, purchased two bonds Folio No. 23IFB2420144of Rs 5000/- each of idbiflexibond 23 (Total amt. Rs 10, 000/-)in the year 2005 interest @ 5.8% for five years term. This year when interest cheque has not come I contact through E-mail. Investor service Manager has informed me that cheque has been issued and if I not yet received stop payment for the cheque and issued new cheque. The 2nd cheque also come late when I enquered through mail no answar I receved.By this time I received the cheque. and intimated by e-mail and deposited the cheque in the bank. Coming from bank I have received mail when opened it was also made stop payment for which my bank has deducted an amt of Rs 75/- from my. A/C Third time I received a cheque on 23.06.09. but the cheque date was 20.04.09 with two months validity i, e. up to 20.06.09. So I can not deposite it in my bank. The same is being returned for issue fresh cheque with sufficient vality period for encash it. In my previous mail. I have mentioned due to stop payment my banker has deducted Rs75/- from my A/C .So investing in idbiFlexibond 23, I have to pay for that losing my own money. This is a greater example of investor care service on their part..
