I have applied for Home Loan from IDBI Bank, during thier special campagien in Pragati Maidan, New Delhi on 01st/02nd Jan'2009.The processing fees of Rs.2000.00 (Rs. Two Thousand Only) was paid thro cheque no.869957, dated 04.01.2009 of HDFC Bank, Ashoka Niketan, Delhi, alongwith other required documents.
The same was debited to my account on 10.01.2009.I got an intimation in the 4th week of January'2009 that due to some internal reasons they are not processing my loan. Inspite of several follow ups, I have not recieved back my Processing Fees of Rs.2000 till now.
Kindly help in getting my refund back.
