I have purchased an Idea high speed internet connection i.e.net setter high speed EDGE/GPRS Mobile internet wireless data speedup to 236.8kbps

I am getting 53.6kbps, no response from the company after complain to IDEA (WHAT A BAD IDEA sirji) please suggest what to do???
