Deduction from prepaid amount without using the talktime

Sir,

this is with regard to mobile no 9702410987. the date of occurence is 3, 4 and 5 july.

when i called any number from the said mobile number, there was no sound from the other end

and naturally, i could not talk, but the deduction was made as if i had used the talktime.

what is the remedy?
