Wrong call charge

I have recharged my mobile (9921737980) on 09/07 from Rs 230 . In this plan my call charge should be STD-Rs 1/min. & local my gang Rs 0.20/min. but i have charged Rs 2.75/min. when i talk to customer care they said this plan is not for this number. While i had allready asked for this voucher from customer care on 09/07 at 3:00 pm
