I have using idea Sim from October on words. While I take sim from Retail I submit my Identity proof and my photo to them. Again on March resubmitted the documents due to they again to submit the documents for verification. I lost my lost on 12-08 during bus journey. I go to Idea Show I want to new sim with my old number they asked me to submit the documents, I will give the documents to them they said mobile number is not registered with my name. it was shocked to me hear the mobile number is registered with some other. I give Police complaint lost of mobile on 13-08.How to get my mobile number from idea service.
