I payed Rs.555/- through ICICI Gateway, but can't get top-up

Dear sir

On 01/03/08 I top-up my handphone through ICICI GATEWAY for Rs.555/-.

But till today i can't get my top-up in my phone.

Kindly check and feed back to me why there is a delay.
