No system in place to generate a bill for pre-paid cellular services and recharge cards not available since easy recharge was introduced

I am working with corporate company and have been using IDEA pre-paid cellular service since the last 3.5 years.

As per the pay break up, one can claim the telephonic expenses as non-taxable provide a bill along with the recharge card is provided. Ever since the cellular companies have started the easy recharge service it has become really tough for any one to get a recharge card. I checked with the customer care if they could provide a bill for pre-paid services which as per them is not possible. I am sure these cellular companies have a log of all the transactions done under a number. Why there is no facility provided bill even for the pre-paid services? It would help a lot of people like me in case they provide a bill for pre-paid services even with a nominal service charge. I have written in this respect to the service provider but haven’t received a response yet.
