NOT RESPONSE FORM IDEA MOBILE FOR LAST ONE MONTH

WE HAVE PAID RS 21/- ON 19.02.2011 FOR ONE MONTH FREE SMS . BUT THEY HAVE DETECTED Re 1 FOR EACH SMS .

WE COMPLAINT ON 20.02.2011 ONWARDS.

THEY HAVE SEND A sms AS GIVEN below (20.02.2011 11.32 AM)

" Dear Customer, your concern for incorrect charging is under process and would be actioned with in 22/02 .SR No 1-12872608193"

after that a sms (5060512872597882) came and we interact with MR. RAJESHKUMAR from IDEA on 20.02.2011. 30 mins lost in this interaction. NOT answered well.

again 21.02.2011 we spent 40 mins for this problem. NOT Answred sofor.

Till date we have lost Re.1per SMS

Kindly Verify and do the needful.
