Manipal tarriff

Dear Sir/Madom,

My name is nikhil, i have been using idea manipal sim from last 2 and half years 2 weeks ago they have changed tarriff for manipal sim, earliar it was Idea to idea 10 Paisa, idea to others 40 Paisa, and land line 1rs. Now its changed to all mobiles 50paisa and landline 1rs. They did not inform us about changing the plan, we are disappointed about their service. Please raise a complaint against them, its their duity to inform customer before changing any plan.
