My idea prepaid connection "9990499425" of Delhi circle has been deactivated & allocated to someone else. The deactivation occurs in the 2nd week of Aug'09 and all the balance was forfeited. Once, I enquire, the customer care of Idea Cellulars are saying it's the non-usage of 6 months which caused this.
Well, I have the proof that I got my number recharged on 13/May/09 with Rs. 333.00. I used this number till the first week of June'09 for incoming & outgoing calls. And still, they simply deactivated it in Aug'09. I can't see the 6 months gap between Jun'09 and Aug'09.
Is there some law of this land (called India) which can make the culprit PAY?
