Billing and Service both are worst

I am using idea connection in mumbai since last month (oct), recently i got my 1st bill of 16 days as my billing cycle completes.

1) they charge me for the full month rental for GPRS instead of 16 days and also

2) they charge me for data usage (i have only used 80 mb out of 512 mb free), they charge Rs. 434.00 for 43 MB,

3) in my plane STD is Rs.1 per min, but they charge me 1.5 for some calls & Rs. 1 for others on the same no.

4) i lodged the complaint with the customer care (06-nov) but till date no body give a call back from IDEA regarding my problem.
