My IDEA prepaid number is 9702494594
I was at kalyan and use it for 2 months.
The topup was successful but my account is yet barred. Money coming in always welcome even if you do not give any service. There is no call from idea customer care that they having problem with my documents or what? what about customer care executive number please because sending emails to customer care returns no response, calling toll free number and customer care number (9702012345) has no talk to executive option. No hope this complaint will be addressed but this in the next options after trying to reach them. I have already submitted documents before 48 hrs but there is no response. Thanks, Pankaj
