Online Recharge from HDFC Account - No Balance added in Mobile

I paid Rs.100/- through Idea Cellular Portal while using my HDFC Bank account. The amount is deducted from account and a sms of confirmation from Idea also received, but the amount of recharge value has not updated in my mobile.

After writing to Idea customer care, no reply or action has been taken.

Calling on 9837012345 is also of no use as they cant provide the details.

I would like to have my amount credited to my mobile.

Can some one help me to get my money back.
