I have registered my Idea Prepaid Connection Number 9926358284 for DND facility on numbers 1909 and 12345 on 20th Oct. But still I am getting promotional calls and SMS's on my mobile.
I have raised a complaint against them on dated 24th Oct on website http://www.core.nic.in for disturbing me inspite of availing the DND facility. In response to this complaint Idea Cellular Executive contacted me on dated 27th Oct and assured me that such messages wil not be forwarded to me in future. Within half an hour of this call, I got another promotional call. A lot of messages are being forwarded to me by Idea Cellular daily. Yesterday itself I got a call from 9826421508 for promotion of their facilities.
Since the mattter is already brought to the notice of Service Provider as well as to TRAI, I request Idea Cellular to be penalised for their negligence and the compensation to be paid to me. They have not only harasssed me mentally and professionally.
