i had taken an Idea Netsetter connection on 24/25th last month. I physically visited the office an made a request to send me the E_Billing. They ensured me the same will be done. No information was provided to me on the billing cycle even on asking as it was quite crowded, "it will be done mam, you will not have any problems" this was told to me. I gave them not only my personnal e-mail id but also my cell number. Now the complaints are as follows:
1. The services is terminated without any intimation.
2. No E-Billing received till date.
3. The information provided by the customer Care manager Vikas (Floor Manager) in pune was wrong.
4. The details given by me were not updated in the Idea database.
My complaint number is 104577373 and i spoke to the Executive Aparna anfd then the Floor Manager Vikas in pune on 25th jan 09.
