Idea cellular prepaid
Temporay disconnection from the services

Hi,

This is Thirupathi Katakam. I have taken IDEA Prepaid cellular connection few days back. The mobile no is 99129 64282. I got disconnected from the services.

I have submitted relevant document while I was taking the connection. Everything is fine till now. One day I got one message from the IDEA asking me to submit the ID Proof document. But I have submitted my ID Proof document to the retailer while I was taking the connection. Right now I am not getting any Incoming and outgoing calls.

There is no fault from my side then why the IDEA people disconnected from services. May be the problem with the retailer from which I have taken the connection. It seems to be the retailers mistake.

I am feeling very bad with the IDEA cellular services. I have given below the retailer details from which I have taken the connection :

IDEA Prepaid,

Kukatpally village,

near Sree chaithanya college,

near HDFC Bank ATM,

Hyderabad - 72.

Please restart my services otherwise I will switch to some other good cellular connection.

Once again I am telling you this is not fair from the IDEA cellular services. Try to satisfy your customers.
