Idea Cellular Prepaid Connection
Not getting customer support

I recharged by Rs. 60 i got the message that my mobile is recharged successfully. Even if it is showing Zero balance.

I tried to call customer support. I m not able to speak to custmere executive after tring 3-4 hours.

Last time i took 10 appr to contact the customer care.
