I m idea prepaid customer of Gujarat, on nov. 17th i activate gprs daily rs.5 scheme, i send GP5 massage on 4444, next day i ask to idea cust.care officer Palak 4 activation about my GP5, he said 2 me my scheme is active n i cn surf now. then after when i m surfing Rs.159.00 has been deducted 4m my balance, many time i had make complaint to custmer care officer & superviser but they r not cooperate with me. now what can i do to receive my money back
