I did a webcharge with www.rechargeitnow.com for IDEA mobile no. 9948273192 with MRP Rs 245. Their website mentioned that the TT is Rs 222. But i got only Rs 112. I tried to register a complaint with IDEA CC and they did not register any complaint. Also the way the customer care executive spoke to me was very rude. I'm very hurt with their experience. So I appeal to the customers of IDEA mobile users, not to use the website www.rechargeitnow.com for web recharge, as their mentioned plans are out of date and who knows, they are intentionally not updating them.
Is it the fault of IDEA mobile service, that did not update the plan page? Or is it the fault of www.rechargeitnow.com?
