INCOMING and OUTGOING CALL BARRED for MORETHAN 50 HOURS

My mobile no. is 9092782750, my out going ang in coming call are barred since 4 Nov.

I called the costomer care for 10 time and also raise a complain since 5 NOV.

Complain no is. 1-242503798 but no one is the to care for.

I had been dealt with great losses and communication gap as I was using this no. as the official one.

Please tell me how to claim compensation.
