Very slow speed

Dear sir,

i congratulate those customer who is gettine speed of 50 kbps. my idea dealer is very good in service. initailly it was mostly zero speed . but with his follow up I am getting 10 to 15 kbps. Can idea make clear exactly what their customers sholud expect from them?
