I have taken the idea net setter on 22 Feb and on 26 Feb the idea people diactivated my connection stating that it was due to signature mis match, so on 26 Jan itself i had produced documents alongwith my siganture to Idea. But the connectoin was not started till 28 Feb and that too after i had to sit at the idea shop for more than 3 hours and finally they reactivated my connection but when i tried to use it still i was facing the same problem and when i contacted the idea customer care they told me to go to the idea shop and when i contacted the idea shop they forwared the request again to the customer care till now the prolem is not solved and i have been again and again diverted to either of them.
