i happened to browse this page and i wanna know what exactly are we achieving by mouthing ourselves on this portal. i mean, does anybody even care??? how do we know our complaints are forwarded to those who matter, and are empowered to take decisions?

you can go on tellin me how fucked up your connection is and i can have fun reading about poor you. thats alol about it.

will some wisecrack plz post the customer care link for idea here (the real one, not some voyuer's mail id!)
