No connection

I purchased data net setter card. after some time it got disconnected and when i connected it after 15-16 days to my system it showed that you are not registered. after that, your representative make a call and said i will activate it but until unless it couldn't activated.kindly activated it as soon as possibled. my connection no is911189554.
