1.I have purchase a net setter device and paid rent for unlimited surfing on 16-05-09. i.e Rs.749 At the time of purchase, i was told that i 'll be getting 120kbps downloading as well as browsing speed. It is my grief that i'm not getting half of the quarter of the promised speed. When i tried to contact custommer care i have notice that my Mob No. has been blocked to lodge the complain. I got the luck to hear only promotional advertisement as many as 20 times this cause me to annoied with Idea Cellualr not only this custommer care executive didn't reveled communication No. to me I Know One Deepika who has accept my call and misbehave me by her statement iguessed that she is a team leader of executive..It is my bitter experience that the executive of idea without hearing all the matter they use to disconnect the call. I'd like to know is it true justice. Why I should not surrender the Said Net Setter to the Co.? I 'd like to know why i've been treated as a Culprit? Please let me Know the process to surrender the Net setter I'm ready to surrender the chief executive or Managing Director of IdeaMr Aditya Birla Sir unconditionaly with my due regard and thanks., It is my earnest request to forward a copy of this letter to him also. We have given our heartly support to Idea by seeing only Birla's
