Cheating

This is I was purchased Idea NetSetter and it is not working properly. When i was complained about this problem to that dealer, there is lack of response from them. I was cheated both by lost my monet and not able to use that service. I was suffered both mentally (no response from dealer and lost money) and Phisically (consulting the dealer daily about complaints). I strongly believe that this is the only place where i can get justice.
