Dear sir,
In continuation to the below mentioned case I would like to update the status of the same
Today morning your representative visited my office checked everything and conveyed that everything is fine verification is completed and the connection will be activated. I felt atleast some thing is moving and expecting a positive note and hoping that the connection will be activated
To the surprise I got a call from mobile number 9604400219 3.11pm stating quoting the earlier verification and the connection is rejected…
I referred the enquiry happened in the morning the reply got from your representative – she was referring to the earlier verification and the verification carried today will not be considered and the person came for verification doesn’t know regarding the same
My queries are – Then what for your representative came to my office… is it for passing time
Now your representative is telling that the amount of the connection will be returned to me in 45 days. Then I asked about the device cost data card cost for which her answer is one more department will call me…Interestingly idea want to return the connection cost which is hardly anything but was silent about the device cost Rs2400/- .Now please tell me what to do with the device
From this entire mental trauma I want to state the below mentioned points
• There are N number of providers for internet it is my misfortune I selected yours
• While offering the connection your representative will be after us and after paying amount we have to be after us and have to undergo mental trauma
• My valuable time of 30days gone waiting for internet connection due to which I missed many importing browsing sessions.
Any how thanks for the harassment and and I will share the same with all my friends as many as possible

Subject: regarding my idea net setter connection
Dear sir,
I have purchased idea et setter connection one month back. Till now the number is not activated
And hence my net connection is not working
The number allocated for me is – 9594005230
After 2 times of verification and even after submission of all documents the net connection is not yet activated. The very purpose of taking the net connection is as I want to use it in roaming and else I would never disconnected the broad band services of YOU tele who are very good in customer service.
I have been going trough severe tauma after purchasing your net setter and spending an ample amount than the ordinary broad band connection
Please reply back with the status
I thought an idea will change my life &-in positive direction but never thought of will end in such an ambiguous situation
