Cheating with the speed of internet

i've taken an internet connection frm idea (cellular company). IDEA executive who had come to my home, told me that company offering 80-100mbps speed but i told him that this is not possible but he was so sure.that's why i purchased NET-USB.frm that day (approximate 1 month) i'm in too problem, offering me too slow speed and the major problem is that, after using approximate 45 minutes INTERNET stopped working.

I tried so much by calling idea executive, shweta tower (IDEA SERVICE CENTRE IN KANPUR) and much more but they could not make me satisfy.i'm in too problem pls help me.

I've given 2200/-at the time of purchasing and he offered me postpaid connectiion too so i gave 500/-more for SECURITY MONEY.please solve my problem.
