Today after having discussion with ccare on my alternate number.
CCare is saying that I had an outstading of Rs. 672.5 in which is not traceable. I am recieving the bill of idea, where nothing has been mentioned like this.
Can you tell me the reason why this has not been listed in my bill and one day by error if you find some baseless outstanding. You disconnect my services without intimating me?
I want my compensation for business loss that I suffered due to this, if my services are not started.

This is with Reference to my request no. 85126090 regarding barring all services to my idea no. 9911335514
for no reason.
I am a customer of idea from last 4 years. I have been paying bills for my no. 9911335514 without any delay. But my sim registration is suspended, without any intimation.
As per cc executives the services are barred due to non payment of add on number. But I don't hold, niether i applied for nor I bought any add-on no. So the reason they put, is baseless.
The last payment of my bill in full was done on 20th Aug.
I am suffering a heavy business loss. since this is my primary no. that is shared with my client and other business contacts.
I could not even contact the customer care using this no., which left me clueless for what has happened.
I request you to get restored my services with immediate effect. Since I don't see any reason for this.
