Converting prepaid to postpaid

Dear sir,

i have given a number [9837939998] of IDEA network, to convert prepaid to postpaid account on 13 th of this month i.e April, but yet my request was not activated, and they are not receving my calls, and each and every time i visit they used to tell it will be activated today, now its almost 10 days completed, yet i face the problem, and i am working in SIEMENS Ltd. and donot have enough time to run behind them,

so please kindly take necessary action
