From past one year i was in 299 plan in idea, recently i got a call that they have changed 299 package. So they asked me whether i want to continue in 299 or change to 399 to get benefits what i am getting in 299. So i asked them to change my plan to 299. But the executive changed my plan to 399 and i got bill with 399 consideration. I asked customer care regarding this they said i have myself asked 399 plan change. Really this is very bad, the executive who talked me did update properly based on my interest. Since it was phone conversation i dont have any proof. So what is the alternate to do.
