Idea postpaid sim card
Incoming barred

Sir,

I have Idea postpaid connection which was converted from prepaid. Now problem is that OUTGOINGS are working but INCOMINGS barred. reason not known. ploease rectify my problem at earlierst. Further I have complaints to costomer care but nothing has been done.
