This has happened twice .. for the 1st time when i recharged for a amount of 55 it never show'd up in the balance... after a hard time getting thro the customer support i was told that the amount is for sms and you won't get talktime... for talktime you need to charge it with amt above 100..
This time I charged with 110 and the same thing... it never shows up in the balance... The customer support are arrogant and lack knowledge... surprisingly they too don't understand much and they say they don't see any records as you have charged it online... blah blah...
I got a number finally to check for the total balance *212*1# ...the said amount shows up as isdbalance... not sure but guessing this would be used only if i make ISD calls!..wow great way of fooling public.
